Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the pickup receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the pickup receive a 25% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the pickup (or a no-show)  are non-refundable.

Waiting Time Policy:

• Airport Pickups:
• Domestic Flights: 30-minute grace period
• International Flights: 45-minute grace period
  
• Residence Pickups:
• 15-minute grace period
  

After the applicable grace period has expired, waiting time charges will apply.
